2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order through Xpresseato, you are making an offer to purchase food items from our partner restaurants.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order based on availability, location, or other factors.
- Prices for menu items are determined by the partner restaurant and may change at any time.
- We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
- Order cancellations must be requested before the restaurant starts preparing your food.
4. Prohibited Behavior
You agree not to misuse our services. The following actions are prohibited:
- Placing fraudulent or false orders.
- Harassing or abusing restaurant staff or delivery partners.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the app.
- Using the app for any illegal purpose.
- Sharing account credentials with others.
5. Limitation of Liability
Xpresseato acts as an intermediary connecting users with partner restaurants. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or preparation of food items provided by restaurants.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
