How to delete your Xpresseato account.

Use this page if you want to remove your Xpresseato account or if you no longer have access to the app and need to ask for deletion by email.

How to request deletion

If you can still access the app, use the in-app account deletion flow available to your signed-in profile.

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request using the email link on this page.

Include the phone number or email address connected to the account so the request can be verified.

If useful, include the reason for the request and mention that you cannot sign in.

What may be kept for a limited time

Order, payment, refund, or fraud-prevention records may be kept when needed for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-handling reasons.
Operational logs or backup data may remain for a limited period before normal deletion cycles finish.
Information required to meet legal obligations or protect the service may be retained when necessary.
