Account Deletion

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your Xpresseato account at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: Through the App

If you can sign in:

  • Open the Xpresseato app
  • Go to Profile > Settings
  • Tap 'Delete Account'
  • Follow the on-screen instructions

2. Email Request

If you cannot access your account or prefer email communication, send us a deletion request at:

  • Email: tech@xpresseato.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Include your registered phone number or email in the request

3. What Happens After Deletion

Once your account deletion request is processed, the following will occur:

  • Your account and profile data will be permanently removed.
  • Saved addresses and payment methods will be deleted.
  • Order history will be anonymized for legal compliance.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

4. Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for legal and compliance purposes:

We may retain:

  • Transaction records required by financial regulations.
  • Communication records for customer support disputes.
  • Anonymous analytics data that cannot identify you.
